Donation FAQs

Yes, Home Care Charity Foundation is a registered non-profit organization in Uganda (Registration No. 12345). All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We provide official receipts for all donations upon request.

Unless you designate your gift to a specific program, your donation will be used where it's needed most across our initiatives. On average, 85% of donations go directly to program services, 10% to administrative costs, and 5% to fundraising efforts.

Absolutely! We provide annual impact reports to all donors who request them. Major donors receive personalized updates on the specific programs they support.

We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel, Africell), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers. Cash donations can be made at our office in Kampala.

You can modify or cancel your monthly donation at any time by emailing donations@homecarecharity.org or calling +256 700 123456. Please provide at least 5 business days notice before your next scheduled donation for changes to take effect.

Yes, we gratefully accept donations from anywhere in the world. International donors can give via credit card or bank transfer. Please note that tax deduction benefits may vary by country.
